Product Description:

1. This product is a new type of colorless and transparent synthetic polymer material, which is transparent, environmentally friendly, colorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, and physiologically inert.

2. Personal care products: The products can impart a soft, fluffy skin feel and are easily distributed on the skin and hair.Soap removing property to prevent foam during wiping.Its excellent spreadability allows it to be used as a base oil ester in personal care products.

3. Industrial applications: Due to its excellent heat resistance, low temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, special smoothness, softness, hydrophobicity, good chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, long-term use at -50℃~+200℃, small viscosity-temperature coefficient, large compressibility, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, and small specific thermal conductivity, it is widely used in industrial applications.

Application Areas:

1. Cosmetics: Used as a premium ingredient substitute for traditional oily materials in skincare creams, lotions, shampoos, color cosmetics, and antiperspirant products.

2. Leather & Leather Chemicals: Added to other auxiliaries to function as a softener, water repellent, hand feel modifier, defoamer, and brightening agent.

3. Textiles & Apparel: Applied in fabric manufacturing, yarn and thread production, dyeing & finishing, and product treatment. It imparts softness, forms durable films, reduces friction coefficient, exhibits inertness, enhances durability and heat resistance, and lowers surface tension, thereby significantly improving product quality and user experience.

4. Machinery, Automotive, Electronics, Instruments: Serves as an insulating medium offering high-temperature resistance, arc resistance, corona resistance, corrosion protection, moisture resistance, and dust prevention.

5. Transformer & Capacitor Oil: Enables smaller transformer size, increases power capacity, and improves safety and environmental friendliness (pollution-free).

6. Vibration Damping & Lubrication: Long-life damping and lubrication for hardware hinges, furniture drawer slides. Damping and lubrication for home appliances, electronic products, automotive components; door/window buffers. Fine-tuning for potentiometers, tuners, capacitor spindles. Damping and lubrication for various metal/plastic buffer hinge bushings. Lubrication, damping, and noise reduction for toys and various gears. Damping and lubrication for other mechanical parts requiring such properties.

7. Additive: Adding a small amount to waxes, resins, coatings, rubber, and other materials significantly enhances their water resistance, surface brightness, oxidation resistance, and improves processing characteristics.

8. Defoamer: Widely used in leather manufacturing, chemical processing, dyeing, petroleum, coatings, pharmaceuticals, fermentation, and food processing due to its inertness, high chemical stability, strong defoaming power, high-temperature resistance, non-volatility, safety, and environmental friendliness (non-toxic, biodegradable).

9. Surface Treatment & Brightening Agent: A 10% solution or emulsion applied to glass, lenses, ceramics, metal surfaces, etc., followed by heat treatment at 150-300°C, forms a semi-permanent waterproof, antifouling, and insulating film. Also used for waterproofing fabrics, paper, leather, and building materials.
10. Release Agent: Used in metal casting, rubber processing, fibers, paper, glass products, plastic molding, and food processing. Features strong release properties, bright and high-precision finished surfaces, safety, cleanliness, environmental friendliness, odorlessness, low dosage, and multi-use per application.
11. Lubricant: Used in high-grade lubricating oils, liquid springs, cutting fluids, shock absorber fluids, transformer oils, high/low-temperature brake fluids, instrument damping oils, and mold release agents for frame casting. Suitable for lubricating rubber, plastics, plastic bearings, gears, machinery under harsh conditions, and precision instruments.
12. Other Uses: High-temperature bath fluid and heat transfer fluid for laboratories; heat exchange systems for precision instruments. Offset prevention agent for dry copiers and in the manufacture of various polishing agents. Used for other specific applications or copolymerized with other materials to create novel materials.

Application Method:

1. For Cosmetics & Daily Chemicals: This product can be used directly or as an emulsion. The recommended dosage is 1% to 5% (based on total formulation weight). The optimal addition stage and amount should be determined through practical application.
2. For Other Uses: Dosage varies significantly depending on the specific application scenario and environment, ranging from several ppm up to 100%.
 
Storage & Transportation:
1.The shelf life of this product is two years. Maintain containers hermetically sealed after each use, storing in a cool, well-ventilated area with strict protection against moisture ingress and contamination by acids, alkalis, or other impurities.

2. Store and transport as non-hazardous substance.

Packaging Method:

This product is packaged in 25L plastic drums, 50L plastic drums, or 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC drums
